About HABACHA
Last updated: 30 October 2026
HABACHA is a global intermediary platform. We connect clients with vetted rental and leasing suppliers across eight asset divisions. One request. One HB-Code. One supplier.
We were founded on a simple premise: the rental market is fragmented. A client who needs a yacht for a week, an excavator for a project, or a corporate van for the summer currently calls multiple suppliers, waits for quotes, and compares without a shared standard. Suppliers, in turn, spend more time chasing leads than serving clients. HABACHA reduces this to a single request, routed to the right supplier, with a trackable code.
What HABACHA does
- Receives a client request through a structured form.
- Generates a unique HB-Code as proof of referral.
- Matches the request to an approved supplier in the relevant division.
- Redirects the client to that supplier with the HB-Code attached.
- Tracks the referral from request to confirmed booking.
- Invoices the supplier a commission only after the supplier marks the booking as confirmed.
What HABACHA does not do
- We do not own the cars, boats, aircraft, machinery, or properties listed on this site.
- We do not set or control the prices charged by suppliers.
- We do not process payments between clients and suppliers.
- We do not sign rental or lease contracts on behalf of either party.
- We do not provide insurance for any asset.
- We do not verify a client's driver's license, boat license, or pilot's license — that is the supplier's responsibility.
The eight divisions
- Cars & Vans — sedans, SUVs, executive vehicles, passenger vans.
- Commercial Freight — cargo vans, heavy trucks, trailers.
- Boats & Yachts — sailing yachts, motor yachts, catamarans, cargo vessels.
- Helicopters & Aircraft — private jets, helicopters, charter aircraft.
- Stays & Real Estate — corporate apartments, villas, commercial space.
- Construction Machinery — excavators, cranes, loaders, industrial equipment.
- Campers & RVs — motorhomes, campervans.
- Event & AV Equipment — sound, lighting, production gear.
How we earn
HABACHA charges a commission to suppliers when a referred deal is confirmed. The commission is set per division (between 8% and 15% of the transaction value) and is fully described in the Supplier Agreement. Clients pay nothing. No account is required to submit a request.
Where we are now
HABACHA is in its founding phase. We are actively onboarding our first cohort of suppliers across all eight divisions. Founding suppliers receive a 50% commission discount for their first 12 months on the platform. We are transparent about this stage because we would rather describe where we stand than overstate it.
Our three commitments.
1. Accuracy over hype. We say what we do, not what we wish we did.
2. A fair split. Suppliers do the operational work — our commission reflects the value of the referral, not more.
3. Transparency by default. Our terms, commission rates, and privacy practices are public documents.
