What exactly is HABACHA?
HABACHA is an intermediary platform. We receive a rental or lease request from a client, generate a unique tracking code (HB-Code), and route the request to a vetted supplier in one of our eight divisions. We do not own the assets, set the prices, or handle payments. The contract is between you and the supplier.
Does it cost anything to submit a request?
No. Submitting a request and receiving an HB-Code is completely free for clients. HABACHA earns a commission from the supplier when a referred deal is confirmed. You only pay the supplier directly for the asset you rent or lease.
Do I need an account?
No. Clients provide a name and email address and receive an HB-Code immediately. There is no password, no profile, and no account to maintain. Only suppliers (fleet operators) and administrators have login credentials.
What is an HB-Code and why does it matter?
An HB-Code is a unique 10-character tracking code (example: HB-8F3K9A2B7X). It is generated for your specific request and sent to your email address. It is the sole proof that HABACHA referred you to the supplier. Keep it — you will need it if you contact the supplier or HABACHA about the booking.
What happens after I receive my HB-Code?
You are automatically redirected to the supplier's booking page with your HB-Code attached to the URL. From that point onwards, the rental or lease is governed entirely by the supplier's terms and conditions. You will complete the booking directly with the supplier.
Who is responsible if something goes wrong with the rental?
The supplier. HABACHA does not own the asset, does not sign the rental contract, and is not a party to any dispute. Damage, delays, cancellations, insurance claims, and licensing requirements are all handled between you and the supplier. HABACHA's role is to make the initial referral — nothing beyond that.
How do I become a supplier on HABACHA?
Register through the supplier registration page. Provide your company name, contact email, a password, your division, your website URL, and a unique contract link. Our team reviews each application manually. Approval usually takes 24 to 48 hours on business days, but may take longer during the founding phase.
How many locations can I list on HABACHA?
Add your 3 to 5 main operating cities where you actively serve HABACHA clients. For your full network of locations, link to your website in your profile. This keeps the platform searchable and your data current.
What commission does HABACHA charge suppliers?
Commission is tiered by division: Cars & Vans 8%, Commercial Freight 10%, Boats & Yachts 15%, Helicopters & Aircraft 15%, Stays & Real Estate 12%, Construction Machinery 12%, Campers & RVs 10%, Event & AV Equipment 15%. Founding suppliers pay 50% of these rates for the first 12 months.
When and how does HABACHA invoice the commission?
HABACHA issues a consolidated invoice at the end of each calendar month, based on the leads the supplier has marked as "Booked" during that month. The invoice specifies the HB-Codes, the reported transaction values, and the applicable commission. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
What happens if a supplier refuses to pay the commission?
HABACHA may suspend the supplier's portal access, terminate the supplier agreement, and pursue the outstanding amount through the Dutch courts under the terms of the Supplier Agreement. The supplier is also liable for reasonable recovery costs.
Can a supplier ask a client to bypass HABACHA?
No. Any attempt by a supplier to contact a client outside the platform and to avoid the commission is a breach of the Supplier Agreement. It is treated as fraud. HABACHA may terminate the account immediately, invoice the full commission, and take legal action where necessary.
What data does HABACHA store about me?
For clients: your name, email address, the request details, and the HB-Code. For suppliers: company name, contact email, a hashed password, division, website URL, and contract link. Full details, retention periods, and your rights are described in the Privacy Policy.
What if I forgot my supplier password?
Use the "Forgot password?" link on the supplier login page. A reset link is sent to your registered email address and is valid for 1 hour. If your email address is no longer accessible, use the contact form.
What happens if the supplier's website is down when I am redirected?
Your HB-Code remains valid. Try the supplier's website again later, or contact the supplier directly with your HB-Code. If the supplier cannot be reached for more than 5 business days, use the contact form and we will follow up on the referral.
Which countries does HABACHA operate in?
HABACHA operates worldwide. Suppliers are independent businesses and operate under the laws of their own jurisdiction. Any rental or lease contract is subject to the law specified in the supplier's terms.
